I was born-and-raised on Prince Edward Island in a lobster fishing & potato farming family. For over 15 years, I have been working in the commercial fishing industry as a deckhand, biologist and industry representative.  

This industry has given me unique opportunities on the Atlantic & Pacific Coasts in Canada and the USA. On land, I am currently involved with the BC Crab Fishermen's Association & Area A Crab Association. 

The commercial fishing industry is a photographer's dream: beautiful scenery, intense action & charismatic subjects. I love taking what I've learned through capturing what I see on the water and applying it to other projects!
